SHIPPING POLICIES:

We make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner, so please make sure to fill out all information when you order. If we have an incorrect credit card number or incorrect shipping information we will contact you via email. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at (302) 537-9666.

Methods of Shipping:

 We ship via U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Generally single suncatcher orders and smaller items will be shipped through the Postal Service, and larger packages will be sent through UPS. Please make sure to always include a full street address (not a P.O. Box) if we will be shipping via UPS.

 Express Shipping:

 In a hurry for an item? We’ll be happy to upgrade your package to Priority Mail (2-3 days), or Next Day Service. Priority Mail, is $3.95 for up to 1 lb, which is approximately four to five suncatchers. Express Next-Day Mail varies with your shipping location, and is generally between $12.25 and $15.00, and can be used to ship up to three suncatchers. Please contact us if you would like an item upgraded to an Express or Priority Mail package.
